jkok Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and jkok ("the Platform", "We", "Us") governing your access to and use of the jkok website at jkok.club and all associated services, including online casino games, sports betting markets, crash games, and any promotional offers made available through the Platform. By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

• 1.1You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. jkok may require you to submit proof of age at any point during your membership. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension.
• 1.2You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your Bangladesh mobile number, which serves as your account identifier. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• 1.3You are permitted to hold only one account. If jkok detects that you are operating more than one account — whether under the same or different identities — all accounts may be suspended and all balances may be forfeited without prior notice.
• 1.4You must not register or use a jkok account on behalf of any other person, nor allow any third party to access or use your account. Account sharing is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent closure.
• 1.5jkok reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Acceptance of a registration does not guarantee the continued availability of all platform features to that account.

3. Account Rules and Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your jkok account. The following rules apply to account management and security.

• 2.1You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential. Your jkok password and the mobile number associated with your account must not be disclosed to any other person under any circumstances.
• 2.2jkok will never contact you by phone, SMS, email, or live chat to request your password, bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, or any OTP code. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jkok support immediately.
• 2.3You must notify jkok support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. jkok may temporarily suspend your account as a security measure while an investigation is conducted.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms govern all financial transactions conducted through your jkok account, including deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

• 3.1The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your jkok wallet immediately upon confirmation of the mobile banking transaction. jkok is not responsible for delays caused by the member's mobile financial service provider.
• 3.2All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. jkok does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
• 3.3Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals to a different method may require additional verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• 3.4jkok targets processing of withdrawal requests within five minutes of submission during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume, scheduled maintenance, or when additional verification is required.
• 3.5jkok reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of a national identity document or documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide required KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jkok offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.

• 4.1Bonuses may only be claimed by members who have fully completed registration and made a qualifying deposit where applicable. Bonuses cannot be claimed by members whose accounts are under review, suspended, or subject to a restriction.

• 4.5Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated wagering, arbitrage, or other forms of bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jkok platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable.

• 5.1Using the platform for any activity that jkok believes to constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. jkok applies transaction monitoring and will report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.
• 5.2Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity. Operating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses or to circumvent any restriction placed on a prior account is a serious breach of these Terms.
• 5.3Using any software, system, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players, including but not limited to bots, automated betting systems, card counting software, or exploit scripts.
• 5.4Depositing or wagering funds that originate from criminal activity, or using the platform to launder, conceal, or disguise the source of illegally obtained funds.
• 5.5Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jkok staff or other platform users. jkok reserves the right to close accounts and ban individuals who engage in conduct that jkok deems harmful to the platform community.

7. Responsible Gaming

jkok is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. The following terms reflect our obligations and your rights in relation to responsible gaming tools and policies.

• 6.1jkok enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all account holders. Any account found to be in use by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds held in the account will be forfeited.
• 6.2Members may request deposit limits, session time limits, or a temporary time-out from the platform at any time by contacting jkok support. Deposit limits take effect immediately upon confirmation. Self-exclusion requests will result in the account being locked for the requested period, during which login will not be possible.
• 6.3jkok will not knowingly facilitate gambling by individuals who are self-excluded or subject to a voluntary exclusion agreement. If you have previously self-excluded from jkok and attempt to re-register, jkok reserves the right to close the new account and return any deposited funds.

8. Intellectual Property

The jkok brand name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of jkok. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any jkok trademark, trade name, or other intellectual property without the prior written consent of jkok.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the jkok platform without the express prior written permission of jkok. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of jkok content, including screenshots used for commercial purposes or in any manner that misrepresents jkok, is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jkok's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows.

• 8.1jkok does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jkok expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• 8.2jkok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if jkok has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 8.3Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jkok's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. Where liability cannot be excluded, jkok's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Suspension and Termination

jkok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may give rise to account suspension or closure.

• 9.1Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to operating multiple accounts, bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any form of prohibited conduct described in Section 6.
• 9.2Where jkok is required to suspend or close an account by applicable law, a regulatory directive, a court order, or the request of a recognised law enforcement or financial intelligence authority.
• 9.3Where jkok suspects on reasonable grounds that an account is being used for a purpose other than personal recreational gambling, including commercial data gathering, systematic exploitation of platform features, or any other non-recreational purpose.

11. Amendments to These Terms

jkok reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on jkok.club. It is your responsibility as a member to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

Where an amendment materially affects your rights under these Terms, jkok will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a notification displayed upon your next login to the platform. However, jkok is not obligated to provide individual notice of every amendment, and the absence of a login notification does not affect the validity of an amendment.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
